Before becoming a coach in 2005, Jenny’s business background was at a senior level within multi-nationals (HP/Compaq and ICL/Fujitsu). She has lived and worked overseas for 15 years in the USA, Asia and mainland Europe. Most of her early career was in the IT, scientific and telecommunications sectors and she now works across a broad spectrum of industries including pharmaceuticals, health, financial services, retail, food and drink, education and not-for-profit.
Jenny has a Masters-degree in coaching and mentoring practice. Her dissertation addressed the need for intercultural competencies in this era of globalisation.
She specialises in helping leaders to achieve their corporate, team and personal objectives in a global and multi-cultural context and during periods of intense change.
In addition to being a coach, Jenny has designed and facilitated numerous workshops, training courses and global leadership development programmes. She is a published author in the field of global leadership and the intercultural workplace and is a conference speaker and visiting lecturer in the subject.
