With a generalist background (ESC Bordeaux), Pascale Darquey developed experience and know-how in organization and project management in France and abroad where she could work on the impact caused by cultural differences.
Back in France, she worked in the field of strategic marketing and innovation, and then operational marketing.
In 2005, she became Head of Internal Communication of a European group. She deployed communication plans about the group’s strategy, change management, and implemented referentials about winning managerial postures.
She also managed and organized internal meetings and conventions, for France and abroad.
